The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of B2B Client Relations to lead and manage our B2B revenue stream at H&B&Me, Holland & Barrett's wellness platform. In this role, you will drive strategic partnerships, expand into new sectors, and shape our B2B function both in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the B2B strategy, driving commercial growth.
  • Build and manage relationships with B2B partners across sectors.
  • Develop a high-performing account management team.
  • Oversee B2B marketing, trade shows, and lead generation activities.
  • Support international expansion efforts in markets such as India and the USA.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on customer service, product development, and governance.
  •  Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all B2B activities.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Location: This role is based in London, with occasional travel to our Nuneaton Hub or other H&B locations as needed. We offer hybrid working arrangements, supporting flexibility and productivity, with a requirement of at least 2 days per week in the office.

The Person:

Key Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in leading and growing B2B partnerships and operations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate at senior levels.
  • Experience working in SAAS/Health-tech, healthcare, or regulated environments.
  • Track record of successful team leadership and development.
  • International market knowledge, especially in scaling B2B services.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
