Head of Bars & Retail – Large Scale Venue, London, £65k + Bonus
I am working with a super versatile large scale London venue who are looking for an experienced Head of Bars & Retail to take the lead on all bar and food retail operations across their multiple F&B outlets. The successful candidate must have experience working within a multi-faceted or complex site, have a hands-on approach and proven ability to work within a fast-paced environment. We are seeking an ambitious individual with bags of personality and amazing customer service skills!
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively to ensure all operations are running smoothly
- Drive the implementation of new and innovative strategies
- Establish and maintain high standard of staff performance and exceptional customer service
- Communicate changes in processes to all relevant teams
- Ensuring on site budget targets are being met
- Training and development of the team
- Perform quality controls and monitor team KPI's & performance
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience working in a multi-site or multi-faceted operation
- Experience working within a high-volume wet-led venue
- A strong leader, confident managing large teams
- P&L and revenue management
- Lots of personality and charisma
- Passionate about customer service
