The Role:
The successful candidate will oversee all beverage operations across two bars, managing a team of approximately 10. With a particular focus on tequila, cocktails, sake, and international wines, the role involves liaising with suppliers, developing cocktail menus, and collaborating with a Sommelier to curate the wine list. The aim is to deliver a best-in-class, contemporary offering that stands out from the crowd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively to ensure smooth daily operations
- Proven experience with tequila, sake, and cocktail menu development
- WSET Level 3 qualification preferred
- Recruit, train, and develop your team
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners
- Maintain high standards of staff performance and exceptional customer service
- Ensure budget targets are met on-site
- Oversee recruitment, staffing, and rota management in partnership with the General Manager
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance service offerings
- Lead the development of cocktail menus
- Monitor and control the financial performance of the bar operations
