Sonic Summary

The position is for a Head of Commercial on a large infrastructure program within the Public Sector.
This long-term contract offers a hybrid working pattern with flexible hours.
Candidates should ideally have a Quantity Surveyor background and at least 5 years of experience in delivering complex commercial solutions in infrastructure and construction.
An excellent understanding of construction contracts such as NEC and FDIC is required, along with people management experience.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates must be sole British citizens eligible for DV Clearance.

I am currently recruiting for a Head of Commercial, on a large infrastructure programme across the Public Sector.

This is a long-term contract, with a hybrid working pattern and a good deal of flexibility around the working hours.

Details need to remain vague at this point, due to the nature of the assignment, however some requirements that are central to all the roles below:

Delivering complex commercial solutions in an infrastructure and construction environment.
Ideally a Quantity Surveyor background
People management experience
Excellent understanding of construction contracts (e.g. NEC, FDIC)
Sole British & eligible to get a DV Clearance (ideally active for a quicker start)
