- Support the review of new delegated opportunities from an operational standpoint, ensuring data can be provided in an acceptable format
- Oversee bordereaux management and mapping processes
- Working with coverholders who do not meet agreed SLAs for bordereaux submissions and escalating where necessary
- Manage the processing of actuals and resolve queries
- Oversee EPI management
- Prepare and deliver reports for committee meetings including; Board, Delegated Underwriting Group and Product Governance
- Drive performance monitoring and reporting to meet SLAs and KPIs
