We are seeking a Head of Delivery for Passive Fire for a Social Housing Contractor in North London on a permanent basis.
The salary for this position ranges from £60,000 to £70,000.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in fire safety, construction, or engineering, along with proven operational delivery experience in passive fire.
The role involves maintaining client relationships, overseeing fire door maintenance and replacement, and managing the portfolio's profit and loss.
Candidates should have experience managing contracts with full P&L responsibility and will benefit from flexible working opportunities.

We are actively looking for a Head of Delivery for Passive Fire for a Social Housing Contractor in the North London area on a permanent basis.

Maintaining client relationships, being the main contact point for strategic discussions.
Overseeing the operational delivery of fire door maintenance and replacement, ensuring adherance to safety.
Overseeing the portfolios profit and loss, ensuring financial performance reaches company targets

The Head of Delivery for Passive Fire must have:

Relevant qualifications in fire safety, construction or engineering
Proven experience in an operational delivery within passive fire
Experience managing a portfolio of contracts with full P&L Management
