- Lead and manage large engineering teams (200+ members) across various roles, including managers, developers, DevOps, QA, and other technical positions.
- Build a capable team of technical leaders and managers who can operate independently, overseeing and delivering projects efficiently.
- Cultivate team engagement by setting growth objectives, celebrating successes, and maintaining high levels of motivation.
- Oversee multiple projects concurrently, assess risks, prioritize effectively, and ensure on-time product delivery.
- Drive business success by managing project timelines efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
- Design and implement strategies to accelerate development processes and speed up release cycles.
- Collaborate closely with product management to align priorities and deliver key features within set deadlines.
- Manage the engineering budget, optimizing resources to improve team productivity.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for a seamless build, testing, and deployment process.
- Work with DevOps teams to ensure infrastructure stability and scalability.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and delivery success, such as release timelines and defect counts.
- Proficiency in both Russian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Experience in managing and owning enterprise-level technical environments and applications.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
