What Youll Be Doing

As the Head of Events, you will lead the entire events team and oversee all client projects from conception to execution. Your responsibilities will include managing event logistics, creative development, and ensuring seamless delivery. You will lead new business pitches, build and maintain strong client relationships, and ensure all events are executed to the highest standards, in line withtheirluxury branding. You will also be responsible for overseeing budgets, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will manage the teams productivity, offer strategic feedback, and lead the companys internal processes.

What Experience You Need to Apply

A minimum of 7 years experience in event production, ideally within a luxury or high-end agency setting.
Proven expertise in managing high-profile accounts and delivering events with budgets exceeding £1 million.
Strong project management skills, with experience in supplier management, event design, production (lighting, sound, AV), and catering.
A creative, commercially astute mindset, with a flair for developing and executing event concepts that are both visually stunning and logistically sound.
Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and nurturing client relationships.
Confidence in overseeing all aspects of event delivery, from budget creation to post-event analysis.
