THE COMPANY

This company is an exciting FinTech that are on a great growth trajectory. They have exciting plans for the next few years and are looking for an experienced candidate to help them on their journey. The business are expanding globally and this role offers the chance to help with this whilst having a very hands-on, analytical role.

THE ROLE

  • Developing fraud and wider prevention strategies in close collaboration with the wider business to prevent fraudulent activity
  • Analysing large amounts of customer data to spot incidences of fraud and wider customer trends
  • Use SQL to drive insight across transactions on fraudulent patterns, incidences of fraud or wider frameworks, including ML models
  • Monitoring industry trends, regulatory advancements and emerging threats to keep the business at the forefront of the market
  • Working closely with internal and external partners to execute and implement fraud strategies

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A background in fraud analytics and strategy development is essential
  • Ideal to have had exposure to a FinTech or startup environment
  • Experience with SQL is essential
  • Prior management experience is essential
  • Wider commercial acumen and close stakeholder experience is essential
