Based in London, this role will be key in overseeing HR operations for a renowned retail brand, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and driving a high-performance culture across multiple teams. As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, providing business partnership to senior leadership, and leading a team of HR professionals. You will drive HR initiatives that align with the company's objectives and growth strategy while ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing employee engagement, delivering operational excellence, and fostering an inclusive, performance-driven culture.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership teams across various departments to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives, both locally and internationally.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the HR team to provide exceptional service and ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of performance management frameworks that improve organisational capability.
  • Manage and implement key HR initiatives and projects, driving positive change and securing buy-in from senior stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance and support for employee relations matters, resolving any complex issues and ensuring effective policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with leadership to identify talent gaps and ensure high-quality recruitment and development processes are in place.
  • Champion and embed an inclusive culture where all employees are supported to achieve their career goals.
  • Ensure all HR processes and policies are aligned with current legislation and best practice standards, continuously improving operational practices.
  • Build strong relationships with senior management and external HR experts to drive positive organisational outcomes.
