We are thrilled to be working with one of the world's leading global law firms to find a strategic and experienced Head of Pitches & Pursuits. You will lead the global pitch team in delivering high-impact, client-focused proposals. This is a key leadership role within the Marketing & Business Development function, responsible for driving an award-winning Pitch to Win strategy and ensuring excellence in our global pitch processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a high-performing global team of pitch specialists.
- Drive innovation and best practices in pursuit strategies to enhance our win rate.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to position the firm for success in competitive bids.
- Implement and refine the pitch framework, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- 7+ years’ experience in senior pitch leadership within a professional services environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and project management skills.
- A strategic thinker with a solutions-driven mindset and excellent communication skills.
