Head of Power Platform - London or Manchester based ??

Are you an experienced leader in the Power Platform space, ready to take charge of a high-impact role? Nigel Frank are working closely with a leading UK business, who are seeking a visionary Head of Power Platform to join their high performing team. This position can be based in either London or Manchester on a hybrid working pattern.

Role Overview:

As the Head of Power Platform, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. You'll work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to align platform strategies with business objectives, ensuring efficient, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Power Platform strategy across the organization, driving digital transformation and process automation.
  • Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of applications built on Power Platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Build and manage a team of Power Platform developers, architects, and consultants.
  • Ensure best practices in governance, security, and scalability across Power Platform implementations.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and drive continuous improvement within the platform.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in Microsoft technologies and guide the team in adopting cutting-edge features.
What You Bring:
  • Extensive experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing technical teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and integration with the Power Platform.
  • Expertise in process automation, data integration, and application lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with Azure and cloud services is a plus.
