KRG's client are a boutique PR agency specialising in the hospitality and leisure sectors who are looking for a new Head of PR to join their growing team!

As the Head of PR, you will lead our PR efforts, sitting alongside two other heads of department and reporting directly into the CEO. You will be driving strategic initiatives and managing a talented team dedicated to delivering outstanding results for their London based hospitality and leisure clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement PR strategies that align with client objectives and enhance brand reputation within the hospitality and leisure sectors.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of PR professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic counsel to achieve their goals.
  • Cultivate relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry leaders to secure high-impact coverage for clients.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of innovative PR campaigns tailored to the hospitality and leisure markets.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform PR strategies and identify new opportunities for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a PR leadership role, agency side and within the hospitality/leisure sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality landscape, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful PR campaigns.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a small team.
  • A strong network of media contacts within the hospitality and leisure industries is required.
  • A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing circumstances.
