Head of Product

We are currently working on behalf of our trusted client who are looking for a Head of Product. Our client is a leading provider of innovative electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, specialising in convenient on-street charging infrastructure. They focus on creating accessible, reliable, and sustainable EV charging options, making it easier for individuals and communities to transition to electric vehicles.

What You Can Expect

• Location - London
• Salary - £100,000 - £120,000
• Work type - Permanent

Main Responsibilities as a Head of Product

Reporting to the CTO, you will lead the product team, drive the product portfolio's success, and shape the overall product strategy.

• Develop and execute a product strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and designers.
• Oversee and refine product management processes (currently dual-track agile).
• Track and analyse KPIs to drive data-informed decisions and improvements.
• Champion customer needs and make data-driven product decisions.
• Balance customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Translate insights into prioritized product roadmaps.
• Oversee product development, ensuring timely delivery and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Chief Product Officer, VP of Product, or Head of Product, with a strong track record of driving product strategy and delivering innovative results.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align product initiatives to business objectives and market trends.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data insights to guide decisions and foster continuous improvement.
• Skilled at translating user needs into actionable product requirements to deliver impactful, user-focused solutions.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in agile development practices and experienced with product management tools.
