**Head of Recruitment**

Due to continual growth, I am looking for an experienced Head of Recruitment to join a multi award winning organsiation who work and support multiple sectors using market leading technology.

Youwill have a strong background in recruitment, with a proven track record of both managing and leading teams, bring a wealth of expertise managing vacancies both inside and outside IR35 regulations and delivering scalable recruitment solutions.

The role:
  • Oversee the recruitment advertising strategy, blending traditional and digital channels to ensure a strong and quality candidate attraction across diverse markets.
  • Continuously review current market trends, exploring, recommending and utilising AI and new technologies to stay abreast of industry developments and evolving recruitment and advertising techniques, securing a competitive edge in talent acquisition and Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Lead job board procurement and negotiations to secure cost-effective, high impact advertising partnerships, achieving a varied and effective advertising mix to meet recruitment goals.
  • Oversee and manage the recruitment Preferred Supplier List, maintaining the right balance between direct candidate sourcing and third-party agency support to optimise cost and time-to-hire.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Legal teams to secure value-driven agreements with recruitment agencies and services that meet business needs, ensure due diligence, and secure competitive rates.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver recruitment solutions that support organisational change and growth initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement, assessing and refining recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
  • Drive the organisation's EDI strategy, promoting inclusive recruitment practices that attract and retain diverse talent, providing fair and equal opportunities.

Essential Experience:
  • Proven experience operating at a senior management level undertaking volume and specialist recruitment within a large and multi-faceted organisation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing scalable recruitment models and strategies, adaptable to both high and low volume hiring needs across a diverse range of roles and levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of IR35 and Agency Worker Regulations, with experience managing compliance and due diligence within recruitment operations.
  • Expertise in procurement and application of a blended advertising mix, combining traditional and digital media channels, incorporating new and emerging technologies to attract diverse candidates.Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to coach and develop a high-

  • Change management experience, particularly in adapting recruitment processes to support organisational transformation.
There will be an element of travel from time to time to see other offices when required.
