About the Role
As the Head of Sales, you will spearhead our sales strategy. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth, expand our client portfolio, and maintain strong customer relationships. You will work closely with our production and design teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and exceptional service delivery.
Salary: £28k - £50k (OTE)
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and KPIs
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
