Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to the senior management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales role, ideally within the construction, property, or sustainability sectors.
  • Strong understanding of ESG principles and their application in sustainable construction and property development.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
