Head of SalesMiddlesex75-80k plus bonus!Do you have experience of selling professional services and leading a team? Do you have experience managing multiple sales projects? This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced sales professional who is need of a new challenge. You will be leading a team of 12 people (NOT call centre) and will also be responsible for all forecasting, reporting and creating of new sales strategies. This role is offered with a hybrid working pattern and offers exceptional bonus.

Duties

  • Leading a small team
  • Setting objectives and equipping them with the knowledge to deliver- instilling a Hunter attitude in the environment
  • Managing recruitment and training programmes
  • Driving sales growth and lead development
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Encouraging and attending face to face meetings
  • Analysing market trends to discover new opportunities for sales growth
  • Provide effective reporting and analytics
  • Role requirements
  • 5 years+ leading a team and selling
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate
  • Used to fluid sales environments
  • Proven ability in social media, digital and data analysis
