With a current revenue of €45 million, of which over 70% is export, they are keen to explore new market opportunities and the UK has been identified as a key target market. They are seeking a motivated and ambitious professional to spearhead their launch and establish their presence in this region.

Head of Sales – The Role:

This pivotal position will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and establishing their footprint in the UK market. You will take charge of creating and implementing the UK sales strategy while fostering and sustaining relationships with retailers and food outlets nationwide. Acting as an ambassador of the company, you will work to build a strong and positive brand presence in the market.

Head of Sales – Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement the sales strategy for the business

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key retail clients, ensuring effective collaboration and long-term partnerships

- Devise the UK go to market (GTM) strategy ensuring all processes are aligned with business goals

- Play an active role in shaping broader marketing initiatives to support growth objectives

- Provide regular business performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders

Head of Sales – You:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience of working within the food sector

- Strong track record of selling to retailers and distributors within the FMCG sector

- B2B sales experience
