Head of Sponsorship (title may vary based on experience)
Purpose of Role:
Lead sponsorship sales for a high-end annual event. Transition existing sponsors to new strategies while securing new partnerships.
Experience Required:
- Minimum five years in B2B sponsorship sales for premium events.
Remuneration:
- Competitive, based on experience.
- On-Target Commission (OTC): £25,000 - £30,000.
Key Skills:
- Articulate the conference vision and unique selling points.
- Manage high-expectation clients strategically.
- Craft compelling, outcome-focused proposals.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Promote updated conference formats.
- Integrate dedicated meeting spaces into sponsorship deals.
