Role

I have a great opportunity with a premium fitness brand looking for a high-end Operations Manager to drive the operations and guest experience. Delivering an exceptional experience while always seeing the bigger picture and having an eagle-eye for detail at ground level. You are in the venues every day; ensuring that the team maintain the highest.

  • Create and manage a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operations checklists, so everyone on your team is clear what needs to be done, by when and we have the budget allocated in order to deliver.
  • Lead your team, supporting them in priority setting and daily workflow management to ensure they are maximising their time/skills/output.
  • You are responsible for ensuring all studios are safe, legally compliant and all approved maintenance works are on track.
  • Automate, streamline, and standardise all studios, so we can operate at economies of scale with all supplies and have an ease of operations knowing we have a unified approach at every location.
  • Manage all third-party vendors + suppliers
  • Lead and manage special projects related to studio operations (renovations / major works / new studio openings) ensuring we are on track from a time, budget, health + safety and quality perspective.
  • You support the marketing team with in-studio branding and rollout of any campaign initiatives.

Experience

  • You are a tenured Operations guru, with 5+ years' experience in equivalent roles ideally in luxury hospitality or the leisure space.
  • You have a service-orientated, mindset and an exceptional eye for detail — you know what greatness looks and feels like.
  • You are a great communicator with the ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • You have a proven track record of having managed a thriving team and third-party suppliers.
  • You demonstrate quick, strategic and creative thinking.
  • You have a proactive, autonomous mindset, curious to be continuously identifying new opportunities.
  • You understand health, movement and being well – without having to be an expert
  • And finally, you are passionate about what you do.
