An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Veterinary Nurse to join a well-established small animal veterinary practice, offering excellent benefits and relocation allowance.

As a Head Veterinary Nurse, you will have the chance to mentor and develop the nursing team in key areas, including anaesthesia, surgery, inpatient care, infection control, and nurse consultations.

This is a full-time or part-time role, typically 40 hours over 4 or 5 days, with no weekends or out-of-hours work. They will also consider Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN).

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with clinical coaching and training of student veterinary nurses.
  • Managing administrative duties related to nursing operations.

  • Previously worked as a Veterinary Nurse or in a similar role.
  • Ideally have a clinical coaching qualification.
  • A passion for animal care.
