Our client currently has an opportunity for aHelpdesk Coordinatorto be based on a large commercial site which is based in Worcester Park.

As a company they can offer 25days holiday + bank holidays, pension as well as further training courses. The site also has on site facilities and free car parking at the site.

Duties will include:

• Orienteering PPM records
• CAFM Systems
• Reports and Logbooks
• Phone calls and Mailboxes
• Meet and greet
• Working the reception desk
• Setting up meeting rooms
• Soft services and general receptionist duties
