We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Day Concierge to join the team at this iconic, high-end property. This is a unique opportunity to work in a prestigious setting, providing exceptional service to an elite clientele.
Role OverviewAs a Day Concierge, you will be the face of the building during daytime hours, providing impeccable service to residents and guests alike. You will act as the primary point of contact for all requests, from managing daily appointments and reservations to offering tailored recommendations for a luxury lifestyle experience. The role requires a proactive, organised individual with a passion for delivering excellence and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities-
Resident and Guest Services:
- Greet residents and guests upon arrival, offering a warm, professional welcome.
- Assist with a variety of requests, including arranging transport, making reservations, organising deliveries, and recommending local amenities, restaurants, and entertainment options.
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, confirming appointments, and liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless service.
- Provide guidance on building amenities and services, ensuring residents and guests are well-informed and well-cared-for at all times.

Event and Booking Management:
- Coordinate event requests, such as booking meeting rooms, arranging catering, or scheduling private events within the residence.
- Manage bookings for residents, including restaurant reservations, transport arrangements, and personal requests.
- Provide bespoke recommendations for events, activities, and experiences, tailored to individual preferences.

Guest Relations & Problem Solving:
- Address any resident or guest concerns in a professional, polite, and efficient manner, ensuring a swift resolution to any issues that arise.
- Provide thoughtful and personalised service, anticipating client needs before they are expressed.
- Liaise with maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams to ensure the building runs smoothly and that any issues are addressed promptly.

Administrative Duties:
- Maintain a log of guest requests, appointments, and important details, ensuring accuracy for future reference.
- Coordinate with the management team on operational needs and assist with any ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Ensure that all concierge software and booking systems are kept up to date with client information and service requests.

Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in a concierge, hospitality, or customer-facing role, ideally within a luxury setting (e.g., high-end residences, hotels, or private estates).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, guests, and staff.
- A strong customer service ethos, with a passion for exceeding expectations and creating memorable experiences.
- High level of organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
