Due to expansion, they are seeking an experienced Heating and Cooling Engineer to handle reactive and preventative maintenance in high-end London properties and sites. Your technical expertise will be crucial in diagnosing, installing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining AC, HIU, FCU units alongside electronic works. Excellent customer service and a keen eye for detail are essential as you'll be representing the company

The ideal candidate is F-Gas qualified with a strong plumbing foundation. At least five years of experience as a Heating and Cooling Engineer is required for independent work. MVHR experience and an NVQ/City and Guilds qualification in HVAC or Heating and Ventilation are preferred.

The Role

  • Maintain and repair AC, HIU, FCU systems in high-end residential and commercial properties across London.
  • Basic electronic works
  • Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance.
  • Install, service, and repair air conditioning units to the highest standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

About You:

  • F-Gas qualified
  • Plumbing and Heating Experience
  • Daikin and Evinox experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Heating and Cooling Engineer
  • Proven ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • NVQ/City and Guilds qualification in HVAC/ or Heating and Ventilation (preferred).
  • Experience with MVHR systems (advantageous).
