This company specialises in designing and delivering cutting-edge District Heating Systems and has recently secured several high-profile projects. As they continue to expand, they are looking to add a Maintenance Engineer to their dynamic team.

As a Residential Engineer, you will report to the Head of Residential Operations and be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance of pipework and equipment, including Heat Interface Units (HIUs), plant room equipment (non-gas), general pipework, and related fittings. This role requires hands-on problem-solving, excellent customer interaction, and a proactive approach to maintenance and repair.

With numerous energy centres and ongoing projects, there are excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development within the engineering team.

The Role

  • Service, repair, and commission HIU installations.
  • Maintain and repair pipework and associated fixtures and fittings.
  • Conduct repairs in plant rooms.
  • Deliver top-tier customer service and support.

The Person

  • 2 years of experience in breakdown, repair, or maintenance of hydraulic interface units (desirable).
  • 2 years of plumbing experience.
  • Unvented hot water certification.
  • City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent experience.
  • Full UK driving license
