Sonic Summary
- We are seeking a Homeless Prevention Coordinator to join our Homelessness Prevention team, focusing on complex cases.
- The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a senior or managerial role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Responsibilities include assisting individuals in transitioning from temporary to permanent housing and advising on tenancy sustainability.
- Candidates must be familiar with the Housing Act 1996 and have experience with S202 reviews and issuing eviction notices.

Job requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Providing support to those looking to move out of temporary accommodation and into permanent accommodation
- Providing advice and support to customers on how to sustain their tenancy
- Following legal processes and policies when eviction notices and possession orders are given
- Ensuring complex cases are managed with urgency
Candidate requirements:
- Understanding of the Housing Act 1996
- Experience completing S202 reviews
- Experience of issuing section 21 notices, section 8 notices, and possession orders
