Live in Housekeeper / Cook Job, Notting Hill

The family are looking for a switched on, meticulous and experienced housekeeper to join their busy family home. The family of 4 (two children (ages 9 and 11), have cats and a dog. The ideal candidate will be looking for a long-term role and become part of the family. Travel is required for this role, (Mainly Sweden and France) They are looking for an energetic proactive, discreet, and hardworking housekeeper.

Duties to include:

  • Housekeeping
  • High standard of Laundry, linen and ironing
  • Care of fabrics and delicate items
  • Home organisation
  • Wardrobe management,
  • Grocery shopping,
  • Meal preparation
  • Prepare Breakfast
  • Family dinners once or twice a week
  • Coordinate School lunch boxes with the afternoon school Nanny
  • Pet care, including walking the dog (English Springer Spaniel), managing pet supplies, cleaning the litter box, and arranging vet appointments.
  • Running household errands
  • Coordinating with tradespeople
  • Maintaining household systems.
  • Assisting with school drop-offs and pick-ups as needed, working collaboratively with parents and the afternoon nanny.
  • Expected to travel for extended periods
  • Willing to provide some evening babysitting.

Start date: February 2025

Monday to Friday: 6:30 am - 7:00 pm Breaks: 2 hours daily (usually no more than 1 hour at a time, but to be coordinated with the daily schedule).

Accommodation Spacious private bedroom with en-suite on the lower ground floor of the family’s home

Driving: Confident driver preferred but not essential.
