About Our Client:Our client is a prestigious private household in Kensington seeking a dedicated Houseman to ensure the smooth operation of their luxury home. This role is ideal for a candidate with a commitment to excellence and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Maintenance: Regular inspections, basic repairs, and liaising with contractors
- Housekeeping Support: Assist with heavy cleaning tasks and moving furniture
- Security: Ensure the property is secure at all times
- Driving Duties: Provide transport for the family around London and maintain vehicles in excellent condition
- General Support: Run errands, manage household supplies, and assist with events
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong multitasking and security skills
- Valid UK driving license with no points
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Non-smoker, DBS check required
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed
