Your new role

In this newly created role you will provide first-hand advice and support to the HR team and will deal with onboarding, offboarding, setting up new hires on HIRS and with payroll, drafting contracts and partly taking responsibility for the HR inbox. You will also work with the head of HR to provide reports on data and employee records. You will also support in the collation of various information for payroll, making any adjustments as well as dealing with any queries around maternity, paternity annual leave, tax, and any other payroll related queries. Benefits administration will include ensuring all employees are enroled and processed, make any changes or amendments and liaising with the benefit's provider to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and resolve any issues.
