A fast growing client of in Holborn, are looking to recruit a super organised candidate, to join their friendly HQ - to deal with all things administration!

This role is perfect for someone who is organised, professional and really comfortable speaking to clients / suppliers and dealing with anything they may need. We need someone who is self sufficient, who will think outside the box and be proactive - to make sure the office runs nice and smoothly.

If you have some previous HR experience or have completed your CIPD - even better!

You will be responsible for:

  • Facilities management including weekly, monthly and annual H&S checks
  • Scheduling/managing meeting room appointments.
  • Overseeing the company’s daily office operations to ensure all runs smoothly
  • Organisation of company events.
  • Implement and provide effective communication channels to the team
  • Manage and process the HR database including holidays
  • Manage employee benefits
  • Maintain employee engagement surveys
  • Take notes in performance meetings
  • Support with on-going HR projects
  • Running reports
  • Booking travel
  • Arranging courses / workshops for the team
