Our client, a leading player in the architecture industry, is on the lookout for a Part-Time HR / Office Admin to join their vibrant team! Position: Part-Time HR / Office Admin

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Part Time - 22.5 hours (this can be x3 full days or shared through x5 days)

What You'll Do:

As a key member of our team, you'll wear many hats! Your responsibilities will include:

HR Duties

Recruitment: Support onboarding and inductions to welcome new team members.

Performance Management: Assist with appraisals, track performance, and manage internal employee records.

Training: Organise training sessions, maintain records, and manage scheduling and diary appointments.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and company policies, research market standards, review internal policies, and manage the employee handbook.

Office Administration Duties:

Office Management: Oversee daily operations and manage supplies to keep the office running smoothly.

Admin Support: Schedule meetings, prepare documents, and assist with various administrative tasks.

Client Relations: Manage communications and organise meetings to foster strong client relationships.

Document Management: Maintain files and ensure proper record-keeping.
