- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and inductions are scheduled.
- Maintain and update employee records in our HR system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks such as preparing HR documents, managing correspondence, and organizing meetings.
- Assist with employee relations activities, including note-taking during meetings and supporting investigations.
- Prepare reports and provide data analysis as required.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective implementation.
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred, but a candidate with a strong Admin background will be considered.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it is a plus.
