�? We have an exciting opportunity for a Workplace Coordinator in the architecture industry! Join a global design firm that combines creative expertise with advanced digital technologies to shape the future of urban planning and architecture. �?

?? As the Workplace Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our client's hybrid working environment. You will be the focal point for both online and in-person communications and provide comprehensive administrative support to the company.

Salary: £30,000 / 5 days a week in the office / 9am-5.30pm

�? Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of a professional, convivial, and well-organised hybrid working environment.
  • Welcoming clients and visitors to the Studio.
  • Ensuring the Studio reflects the professionalism of the company.
  • Liaising with workspace management services to arrange high-standard meetings.
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Providing written documentation support.
  • Assisting in maintaining efficient office systems and equipment.
  • Supporting facilities management and maintaining communication with suppliers.
  • Developing and maintaining communication processes across the company.
  • Assisting the Managing Director in diary organisation and business travel arrangements.
  • Providing team support and liaising with IT consultants as required.
  • Assisting in developing and communicating quality processes.
  • Supporting HR processes, including onboarding and record-keeping.
  • Assisting in organising company events.

?? Key Requirements:

  • At least two years' experience in an office environment.
  • IT literate with working knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of products, including Teams.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Experience in providing executive support and diary management.
  • Experience in handling confidential information.
