HR Administrator 4 month FTC – then extendedInsurance Client in the City of LondonBased in the office 5 days per weekOur client is a dynamic and forward-thinking Insurance company committed to excellence.The Role: They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a 4-month fixed-term contract. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable HR experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and inductions are scheduled.
  • Maintain and update employee records in our HR system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks such as preparing HR documents, managing correspondence, and organizing meetings.
  • Assist with employee relations activities, including note-taking during meetings and supporting investigations.
  • Prepare reports and provide data analysis as required.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective implementation.
About You:
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred, but a candidate with a strong Admin background will be considered.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it is a plus.
