A US Law Firm is seeking to build and expand its current HR team in London and are looking to hire a HR Administrator to join them. The role will directly support the London office and will often work globally with the firms US teams.

The HR Administrator position will work across HR and specialist teams, mainly assisting with departmental administrative tasks.

Duties of the HR Administrator:

  • Assisting with recruitment processes, managing diaries, interview organisation and maintaining ATS.
  • Responsible for accurate maintenance of HR data using the HRIS, ensuring it is up to date with all new information.
  • Supporting the HR Management and the Partners in implementing HR policies and/or initiatives
  • Ensuring all data relating to absences, sickness and more is all correctly tracked payroll
  • Assist in all stages of the employee lifecycle
  • Support on recruitment processes, including Graduate Recruitment and Vacation Schemes
  • Thank Ad-hoc project work and support

Requirements of the HR Administrator:

  • 6 Months + relevant experience within a law firm or wider professional services
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and understanding of generalist HR processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise workloads
