Description
As an HR Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support across the HR team and their different areas of business during a demanding time, with strong focus on recruitment activity. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates and hiring managers.
- Managing HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Supporting on-boarding processes for new starters.
- Facilitating vetting requirements for all staff.
- Assisting with general HR administrative tasks to ensure the team operates smoothly.
Profile
The successful HR Administrator will possess the following:
- Ability to work to deadlines and within defined processes.
- Good proven communication skills at all levels.
- Excellent computer skills, including use of Windows based software, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as proven research skills.
- Experience of working within a team and on own initiative.
- Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information
Job Offer
This is an initial six month fixed term contract. You will be required to complete a CTC Security Clearance
- Hourly rate of £17.90
- A hybrid working model, 2-3 days office based.
