You will be working for a large Government Organisation based in London.

Description

As an HR Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support across the HR team and their different areas of business during a demanding time, with strong focus on recruitment activity. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Managing HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Supporting on-boarding processes for new starters.
  • Facilitating vetting requirements for all staff.
  • Assisting with general HR administrative tasks to ensure the team operates smoothly.

Profile

The successful HR Administrator will possess the following:

  • Ability to work to deadlines and within defined processes.
  • Good proven communication skills at all levels.
  • Excellent computer skills, including use of Windows based software, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as proven research skills.
  • Experience of working within a team and on own initiative.
  • Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information

Job Offer

This is an initial six month fixed term contract. You will be required to complete a CTC Security Clearance

  • Hourly rate of £17.90
  • A hybrid working model, 2-3 days office based.
