HR Administrator

A well established boutique Law firm that specialise in Litigation only based in London are looking for a HR Administrator to join their team and help out with the day to day admin duties for the team and be the first point of contact for staff.

Duties include:

  • Managing the HR inbox
  • Being the first point of contact for staff or any HR related queries.
  • Diary management including arranging meetings, interviews and more.
  • Responsible for all aspects of pre-employment and on-boarding, including creating contracts of employment and managing the background screening process
  • Updating the HR system (Cascade)
  • General HR Administration duties such as filing, Scanning and assisting with queries
  • Continuously increasing understanding of the wider world of HR, sharing external perspectives and best practice with the business and HR colleagues
  • Responsible for benefits administration, including setting up private medical and dental insurance.

Skills and requirements:

  • 1 year experience working in a HR administration role.
  • Experience working on a HR database like Cascade.
  • Have good attention to detail.
  • Is a respectful, reliable and a supportive team player.
