We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join a global shipping consultancy business based in the city of London as their HRIS Apprentice.
This is a great opportunity for someone to kick-start a career in their HR team whilst studying alongside a Data qualification. This is an ideal role for anyone looking for an entry-level role in HR.
You will play a crucial role in the team, supporting administration, operations, data reporting, and the payroll system.
Duties:
- Maintain the HR system.
- Coordinator of reports.
- Supporting the system's actions.
- Production of documentation.
- Be the first point of contact for system issues and reporting queries.
- Support changes and implementation through testing.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Excellent numerical skills
- Advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, IF Statements)
- High attention to detail.
- Experience or knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
- Admin experience within HR would be ideal.
- Good knowledge and use of technology and reporting tools.
