The role

As HR Assistant, in this role you will provide overall support to the Head of HR and the wider team, undertaking administrative work. This is a great opportunity to transition into HR in the legal sector if you have experience supporting administrative processes in a professional services environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your HR experience across these key areas:

  • Recruitment
  • Onboarding
  • Full employee lifecycle
  • Payroll and Benefits

What do you need?

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally gained within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to form strong working relationships across all areas of the practice.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
