Description

Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
    • Support new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
    • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
    • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and respond to employee inquiries.
    • Help organise training and development programs.
    • Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Profile

The Successful Candidate:

  • Previous experience in HR admin role - must be within Financial Services.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Degree preferable but not essential.
