  • Assist in the rollout of Greenhouse for all Recruitment processes, and provide training and guidance on best practice as required.
  • Scheduling interviews and gaining feedback.
  • Assist with right to work checks, preparing offer documents and organising inductions and onboarding presentations.
  • Support the HR Manager with Performance reviews and compliance.
  • Champion the HRIS; monitor and update relevant data changes, track absences and holidays and utilise the system to pull necessary People data reports for the HR Manager.
  • Support with wider ad hoc HR projects as the company continues to grow.
  What is the company looking for?

  • Demonstrable exposure to a broad HR remit, liaising with multiple stakeholders
