- Assist in the rollout of Greenhouse for all Recruitment processes, and provide training and guidance on best practice as required.
- Scheduling interviews and gaining feedback.
- Assist with right to work checks, preparing offer documents and organising inductions and onboarding presentations.
- Support the HR Manager with Performance reviews and compliance.
- Champion the HRIS; monitor and update relevant data changes, track absences and holidays and utilise the system to pull necessary People data reports for the HR Manager.
- Support with wider ad hoc HR projects as the company continues to grow.
- 1-3 years’ HR experience in a boutique financial services / fintech organisation
- Demonstrable exposure to a broad HR remit, liaising with multiple stakeholders
- Evidence working in a small and growing team
- Comfortable working in ambiguity
- Resourceful and solutions-oriented individual
