- Employee Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process including tasks within Workday.
- Liaise with new hires, IT, and line managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Facilitate right to work checks, equipment setup, and new hire introduction.
- Help revamp the onboarding process as part of an exciting project to improve the employee experience.
- HR Administration:
- Handle general employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and Workday.
- Perform HR transactions and upload necessary documentation into Workday.
- Recruitment Support:
- Schedule candidate interviews and assist in the recruitment process.
- Policy Updates:
- Collaborate in updating and revising the UK employee handbook.
- Proven experience with Workday is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- A strong process improvement mindset, with the ability to optimize workflows and systems.
- Highly service-oriented, approachable, and proactive in providing solutions.
- Demonstrates strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across teams and levels.
