You will be analysing HR, compensation and benefits data,working with internal stakeholders and senior business partners to alignrewards with business objectives. What you'll need to succeed You will have 2-3 years' experience in HR Data Analytics & Reward and haveextensive knowledge of all Reward & Compensation practices. You will beknowledgeable in employee Benefits. You will be numerically skilled and haveproficient technical ability, with advanced excel skills. You will haveexcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships acrossteams. You will be an organised, detail-oriented negotiator who can prioritiseeffectively and work well under pressure.What you'll get in return You will be entitledto a base salary from £40,000 p/a as well as a range of other benefits such asbonus and private healthcare.
