Our client is a prestigious and well-established independent schools group in London, seeking to appoint a HR Office Assistant. The role in question is a full-time, permanent contract and can be an immediate start for the right individual.

The group in question is a highly successful independent schools group that continues to grow, part of this expansion is the addition of an HR Office Assistant to work with the HR Manager at the Head Office.

The appointed HR Office Assistant will have some school-based experience and strong IT skills, ideally they will also have experience of using the Single Central Record. No formal HR qualifications are required for the role, the school is prepared to fully support individuals with training and continued professional development.

The main duties of the HR Office Assistant are as follows:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR Manager
  • Handling incoming calls and inquiries
  • Maintaining and updating the HR database
  • Monthly payroll data
  • Assisting with recruitment processes
