Candidate must live within 1 hours commute of London and have a minimum of 4 years HR experience will be considered for this role.HR Recruit is looking for a proactive and organised professional who has fantastic EA and HR skills who is eager to advance their career in HR. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO, providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring the smooth operation of their day-to-day activities,  managing their schedule and streamlining HR processes and procedures. Ideal candidates will be driven, ambitious, and eager to grow within the organisation. You will be a trusted partner to the executive, requiring excellent organisational skills, discretion, adaptability, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.EA Responsibilities

  • Organising travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Planning and managing events, conferences, and team meetings.
  • Overseeing and prioritising tasks to help the executive manage their workload effectively.
  • Supporting project management and tracking the progress of key initiatives.
  • Arrange company events
  • Devise agendas for company meetings
  • Handling email correspondence, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the executive.

HR Responsibilities

  • Arrange inductions
  • Look at strategy communication
  • Take ownership of new starters
  • Review and implement a standard appraisal system
  • Look at the company’s corporate and social responsibility strategy
  • Review and implement a holiday planner
  • Standardise the interview process
  • Look at incentives and benefits for employees
  • Set up PDP’s
  • Implement psychometric testing for various roles within the organisation

Person Specification

  • You must have at least 4 years HR experience in a generalist role
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Be keen and eager to progress
  • Flexible approach and down to earth attitude
  • Strong attention to detail

The role is 50% EA and 50% HR duties.This role will suit an enthusiastic individual who wants to progress. You will work closely with the CEO and have the opportunity to learn and grow.
