We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a prestigious law firm to work on a HR Transparency Project.

The project is to establish and execute a globally-consistent job and compensation framework to facilitate fair and competitive pay decisions, and ensure readiness for compliance with forthcoming pay transparency regulations.?

Generic Requirements

  • Lead the Project.
  • Assist as required with RFP/Procurement processes
  • Evaluate factors critical to delivery success (time, capacity, financial and other resources as applicable) to assess viability.
  • Assess and document benefits, costs, risks and options; recommend and provide rationale for solution and delivery approach.
  • Clearly define the project scope and how it will be delivered.
  • Deliver project by putting the plan into action and managing risks / issues.
  • Transition to BAU, assess project delivery (Post Implementation Review).
  • Lead the delivery of the project's solution/outcome/output, delivering the roll out strategy with internal and external resources to ensure implementation within agreed timescales, budgets, quality and in line with the governance processes.
  • Preferably previous experience working within a Law Firm (but not essential)
  • Strong senior stakeholder management skills.
