Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for change and transformation? Join the team at a law firm in London A leading global law firm specialising in a variety of sectors including insurance, transport, construction, energy, trade, and commodities who are committed to diversity and the improvement of business practices. This is a contract role for 6 months initially.

In this role you will.

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Develop strong relationships with client groups and understand business operations.
  • Help drive new ways of working and bring your knowledge of Change and Transformation in business.
  • Collaborate with all areas of the business and HRBP's to enhance employee engagement and culture.
  • Lead employee surveys, analyse feedback, and implement action plans.
  • Develop strategic workforce plans, identify skills gaps, and plan succession.
  • Use HR analytics to inform decisions and measure effectiveness.
  • Guide and support leaders in people management.
  • Oversee Talent Management, Performance Moderation, Salary Review, and Promotion processes.
  • Handle complex employee relations and mediate conflicts.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in legal, or top tier professional services. CIPD qualification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Organisational development and change management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic thinking and planning.
