Amazing opportunity for an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to join a growing global creative business.
This newly created role will be responsible for the support, maintenance, and compliance of the Workday system, working to align things with the wider team in the UK & US.
You will be the technical expert for the EMEA business, working very closely with the HRIS Manager and HR team as well as building strong relationships across the business.
Ideal candidates will come armed with a strong background in a Workday HRIS role, ready to step into something very hands on.
Must haves:
- Workday systems reporting, integration, implementation, system testing, data analysis experience
- Process-oriented and customer service-focused, ability to work with different personalities under pressure ensuring different systems are aligned
- Flexibility and personable/calm, attentive to detail, methodical, logical
- Deadline-driven
You'll need to be ready to roll up your sleeves and navigate the business in order to make the required impact, you'll have a very agile and flexible approach and a can-do attitude!
