Role Description:
Our client, an innovative and growing cleaning company, have an exciting opportunity for a HSQ Manager to join their Team in London. Our client is dedicated to providing excellent customer service while also focusing on the health and wellbeing of its employees. As HSQ Manager, you will be required to support the ESG Director, planning, implementing, delivering and improving strategies for Health, Safety and Quality across the business. The ideal HSQ Manager will have ISO knowledge and experience, as well as an EQF level 5-6 qualification that meets IOSH requirements. Responsibilities:

Champion Health & Safety and Quality across the company to achieve best practice

Deputise for the ESG Director during periods of absence

Manage the H&S and Quality Management systems ensuring compliance with current UK legislative requirements and ISO 9001, 45001 standards

Report any breaches in policies, procedures or ISO Standards to the ESG Director

Manage and plan H&S and Quality audits of company policies, procedures and communicate audit plan to all relevant managers

Provide the ESG Director with statistical data on company H&S and Quality performance identifying opportunities to mitigate risk to improve Health, Safety and Quality performance

Manage the risk assessment process to achieve best practice, produce and review risk assessments ensuring compliance to continually improve risk assessment processes
Requirements:

EQF Level 5-6 or other qualification that meets the requirement of IOSH to establish Certified membership

Lead / Internal auditor for ISO 9001 or 45001 with emphasis on 45001

Previous experience in implementing a Health & Safety, Quality management system

Experience of implementing and managing ISO 9001 or 45001

A full driving licence would be desirable

Previous experience in a similar role is essential with strong leadership and collaboration skills and evidence of strategic thinking

Previous multi-site experience is ideal
